All our products are proudly handcrafted in Melbourne, Australia.

3. Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes, our products are eco-friendly. We use only certified sustainable palm oil, and our soaps are fully biodegradable.

4. What ingredients do you use in your soaps?

Our soaps are made from high-grade natural ingredients sourced in Australia, like organic shea butter, olive oil, sweet almond oil, and coconut oil. We also incorporate special elements such as mulberry silk and coconut milk in some of our soaps for a luxurious touch.

5. Are your products suitable for all skin types?

Yes, our soaps are suitable for all skin types. They are enriched with natural glycerin and are gentle and non-irritating, making your skin feel soft.

6. Can your soaps be used on the face?

Yes, our soaps can be used on the face. However, as with any skincare product, we recommend doing a patch test first to check for sensitivities.

7. Are Tammi Home Body & Bath products cruelty-free?

Absolutely! At Tammi Home Body & Bath, we firmly believe in the ethical treatment of animals. None of our products are tested on animals.

8. Are Tammi Home Body & Bath products vegan-friendly?

Most of our products are vegan-friendly. However, certain items in our collections may contain ingredients like Natural Goat's Milk or Honey. We recommend checking the ingredients listed for each product or contacting our Customer Service Team at suooprt@tammihome.com for specific queries.

9. How long does it take to process my order?

Typically, orders are processed on the same or next business day. We work with external carriers for deliveries, so please anticipate the usual transit times for postage within Australia, varying according to your location.

10. Can I cancel my order?

We understand that circumstances change! Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we usually can't modify or cancel it. However, please feel free to get in touch. If your order is still in the early stages of fulfilment, we'll do our utmost to accommodate your request where possible.

11. Do you offer international shipping?

No, currently we only provide shipping within Australia. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for more detailed information about our shipping policy.

12. What is your shipping policy?

Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email acknowledging our fulfilment team has received it. As soon as your order is ready to ship, you'll receive another email with your tracking information. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of returns.

13. What shipping providers do you use?

We use  Australia Post for all Australian Deliveries.

14. What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

That's concerning! Firstly, we advise you to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Following that, please contact us with your order number and specific claim number. We'll collaborate with you once we have this information to find the best resolution.
